Issues with the Workspace365 can often be resolved by clearing the browser cache data.
The method for doing this varies by browser. Below are the steps for our supported browsers.
Chrome
- At the top right click on the menu - 3 vertical dots
- Select "Delete browsing data"
- In the pop-up window, select "Cached images and files" on time range "All Time" and click on
- Click delete to confirm
- Restart Chrome
Edge
- At the top right click on the menu - 3 horizontal dots
- Select "Settings", from the Settings menu click on "Privacy Search and Devices"
- From there, select "Choose what to clear":
- In the pop-up window, select "cached images and files" on time range "All Time" and click on Clear to confirm
- Restart Edge
Firefox
- At the right click on the menu - 3 vertical lines
- Select "History" and "Clear recent history"
- From the pop-up window, select "Everything" "Temporary cached files and pages"
- Restart Firefox
