The Indexation screen can be found under the 'Scenario settings' section in your scenario. This screen contains all available index series for this scenario (fig. 1).

When you create a scenario, the Index series will be automatically generated based on defaults. These defaults are managed in Settings > Master data. Once the default has been set, you can edit the Index series to your specific scenario through the Index series screen.

Editing index series

You can edit index series by clicking on the values. The row will go into edit mode and you can adjust the name of the index series or the index percentages of any year. Once you are done editing, you can save the row by orange check icon or by clicking outside the grid.

Adding index series
You can add an index series by clicking on the first row of the grid. In the first field you can enter the name of the index series. In the following fields, you can enter the index percentages per year. When you enter a percentage, you will notice that the input fields of future years are automatically filled with the same index percentage. This allows you to quickly fill the grid with index percentages. Once you are done with entering the percentages, you can add the row by clicking the orange check icon or by clicking outside the grid.

Deleting Index series

If you want to delete index series, just click the checkbox of the index series you want to delete. An action bar will pop up at the bottom of the screen. Click on 'Delete' to delete the index series. The index series is now deleted from the grid.

Adding years to the grid

If you want to add additional years to the grid, you can click on the 'Add start year' or 'Add end year' buttons in the top right of the screen. When clicking on the 'Add start year' button, a new column will be added in front of the earliest year in the grid. On existing index series, the newly added column will contain the same percentage as the previous earliest year. When clicking on the 'Add end year' button, a new column will be added behind the latest year in the grid. On existing index series, the newly added column will contain the same percentage as the previous latest year.

Deleting years from the grid

You can delete years from the grid, by clicking on the three dots behind the first - and last year of the grid (fig. 2). It will open a menu with the option to delete the year. When clicking on 'Delete year' the year will be removed from the grid.
