At the bottom of the side menu, you'll find the support section. When you click on this menu item a screen will be opened with four support options.

Reasult Projects manual

By clicking on the manual, a new tab in your browser will be opened leading you to the online manual of Reasult Projects. 
You will find articles on all features that are available in the application. By clicking on any topic, you will see the information that belongs to that feature.

Besides consulting the manual through the support page, you can also click in the information icons in the top right of each screen. This will lead you to the respective article of that screen. 


Request demo

By requesting a demo, a new tab in your browser will be opened leading you to the Reasult page for requesting a demo. By entering your credentials, a demo will be requested and Reasult will contact you as soon as possible to plan the demo.


Take quick tour

A automated tour will be launched when you enter the application for the first time. If you want to take the tour again, you can click in the 'Take quick tour' tile. It will reopen the tour again and shows you the most important features of each screen.


Create ticket

Whenever you encounter a bug or have suggestions for improvements, you can log it by creating a ticket. By clicking on the 'Create ticket' tile, a new tab in your browser will be opened leading you to the servicedesk of Reasult. You only need to enter your credentials and describe the bug or suggestion, so we can assess your request and follow up on it.
